Because of this, all the companies thought of continuing the work online, so that they will pursue their work accordingly. In view of all these, the online meeting app started to be used much faster and in greater quantity. However, these meeting apps were also used earlier. But they were not as many as they were in the period of this lockdown. With this, the Zoom Meeting app started to be used the most in online meeting apps. In such a situation, a lot of cases started coming up regarding data leaks, privacy, and security and the danger started to increase very much. In such a situation, the Government of India was also asked to stop using the Zoom app. Since then, meetings have been reduced on the Zoom app. Looking at all these, the Zoom app started working on security and privacy. In such a situation, a new update has come from the Zoom app.

Friends, the new version of the Zoom Meetup app states that the latest version of Zoom ie Zoom 5.0 will be completely secure from May 30 onwards and there will be no risk of data leaks. After this update, the app will be fully secure on the GMC encryption platform. Zoom has released a new update of this app with better security features to raise questions about security privacy.

Zoom has improved features for its 300 million users. Through this, the interface and design in the app have also been changed. In this app, a security icon has been given to access the security feature. Apart from this, controls have been given to identifying password protection and unauthorized access. Hosts can now explicitly decide to end or leave the meeting due to the new UI update. The zoom client also shows which data center the user is connected to in the icon in the upper left corner of your zoom window.

दोस्तों, आज के दिनों में पुरे विश्व की स्थिति काफी ख़फ़ी ख़राब है। क्यूंकि आज के दौर पूरा विश्व कोरोना वायरस की वैश्विक बीमारी से जूझ रहा है। जिसकी वजह से सभी कंपनियों के कार्यों में मुश्किलें आने लगे और सारे काम धीरे धीरे कर के बंद होने लगे। इन कंपनियों के कामों के बंद हो जाने से काफी गिरावट आने लगी। इस वजह से सभी सभी कंपनियों ने ऑनलाइन काम को जारी रखने की सोचा, जिससे जहाँ तक संभव हो पाएगा, उस हिसाब से अपने कामों को आगे बढ़ाएंगे। इन्हीं सब को देखते हुए ऑनलाइन मीटिंग एप्प का इस्तेमाल काफी तेजी से और अधिक मात्रा में होने लगा। हालाँकि इन मीटिंग एप्प्स के इस्तेमाल पहले भी किये जाते थे। पर उतने अधिक नहीं होते थे जितने कि इस लॉकडाउन के पीरियड में होने लगे। इसी के साथ ऑनलाइन मीटिंग एप्प्स में ज़ूम मीटिंग एप्प का इस्तेमाल सबसे ज्यादा होने लगा। ऐसे में डाटा लीक्स, प्राइवेसी और सिक्योरिटी को लेकर ढेरों मामले सामने आने लगे और देखते ही देखते खतरा बहुत ही ज्यादा बढ़ने लगा। ऐसे में भारत सरकार की तरफ से भी ज़ूम एप्प को इस्तेमाल करने पर रोक लगाने को कहा गया। उसके बाद से ज़ूम एप्प पर मीटिंग होने कम हो गए। इन सभी को देखते हुए ज़ूम एप्प ने सिक्योरिटी और प्राइवेसी को लेकर काम करना शुरू कर दिया। ऐसे में ज़ूम एप्प की तरफ से एक नया अपडेट आया है।

दोस्तों, ज़ूम मीटअप एप्प के नए वर्शन में यह बताया गया है कि ज़ूम के लेटेस्ट वर्शन यानि कि ज़ूम 5.0 में 30 मई के बाद से यह पूरी तरह से सिक्योर रहेगा और इसमें डाटा लीक्स को लेकर कोई भी खतरा नहीं रहेगा। 30 मई के बाद से ज़ूम मीटिंग एप्प को अपडेट करना जरुरी होगा, उसके बाद ही 5.0 का नया अपडेट मिल पाएगा। इस अपडेट के बाद यह एप्प GMC एन्क्रिप्शन प्लेटफार्म पर पूरी तरह से सिक्योर होगा। सिक्योरिटी प्राइवेसी को लेकर लगातार उठ रहे सवालों को लेकर ज़ूम ने बेहतर सिक्योरिटी फीचर के साथ इस एप्प का नया अपडेट जारी कर दिया है।

लॉकडाउन के बाद वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग और वीडियो कॉलिंग की डिमांड बढ़ने की वजह से Zoom की लोकप्रियता में वृद्धि हुई थी। इसका यूजर बेस तो बढ़ा लेकिन प्राइवेसी और सिक्योरिटी को लेकर समस्या आने लगी। इसकी वजह से भारत सरकार ने भी इसका उपयोग नहीं करने की सलाह दी थी जिसके बाद Zoom ने अपनी सर्विस में सुधार किया और 5.0 अपडेट के जरिए सामने आया।

अब Zoom ने सबसे उन्नत 256-bit AES-CGM एनक्रिप्शन को शामिल किया है। इसके अलावा नए वर्जन में अपग्रेडेड डाटा राउटिंग कंट्रोल, एनक्रिप्शन और होस्ट कंट्रोल फीचर्स को जोड़ा गया है। Zoom ने अपने 30 करोड़ यूजर्स के लिए सुविधाओं को बेहतर किया है। इसके जरिए ऐप में इंटरफेस और डिजाइन में भी बदलाव लाया गया है। इस ऐप में सिक्योरिटी फीचर को एक्सेस करने के लिए एक सिक्योरिटी आइकन दिया गया है। इसके अलावा पासवर्ड प्रोटेक्शन और अनआथोराइज्ड एक्सेस की पहचान के लिए कंट्रोल दिए गए हैं। नए UI अपडेट की वजह से होस्ट अब मीटिंग को समाप्त करने या बीच में छोड़ने का फैसला साफ तौर पर कर सकते हैं। जूम क्लाइंट आपके जूम विंडो के उपरी बाएं कोने में आइकन में यह भी दिखाता है कि यूजर किस डेटा केंद्र से जुड़ा है।
