Now DTH subscribers will have to get KYC | अब डीटीएच सब्सक्राइबर्स को कराना होगा KYC

Friends Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, TRAI introduced new rules this year by changing the DTH tariff rules. However, after this many subscribers complained. For them, the plans have become expensive under the rules. At the same time, Trai has introduced another new rule that now every DTH subscribers will have to make KYC mandatory. The new TRAI rule has been implemented for existing and DTH subscribers. If we talk about KYC, this process will be done in the same way as when taking a new SIM card. In such a situation, any user who takes a new connection from now will have to get KYC done. When this process is complete, only then the user will be given a new DTH connection and set-top box will be installed. At the same time, existing subscribers have been given two years to get KYC done.

Let’s know what DTH subscribers have to do to get KYC done. Whenever you get a new connection, you have to get KYC done. Only then will the new set-top box be installed. The new box will be put on the same address which will be entered in the KYC form. When you are doing KYC, OTP will come on the DTH operator’s number to identify it. The process of installation of the set-top box will be started only after it is verified. If you do not have a mobile number, you can submit your identity card. Apart from this, if you are an existing subscriber and your connection is not linked to the mobile number, then you will be given two years to link the number.

TRAI has allowed operators to collect documents of any subscriber. But operators cannot take the location data of subscribers from the set-top box.

दोस्तों टेलीकॉम रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ़ इंडिया, ट्राई ने इस वर्ष डीटीएच टैरिफ नियमों का बदलाव कर नए नियम लागु कर दिए थे|हालाँकि इसके बाद कई सब्सक्राइबर्स ने शिकायत की थी|उनके लिए ने नियम के तहत प्लान्स महंगे हो गए हैं| वहीँ अब ट्राई ने एक और नया नियम लागु कर दिया है कि अब हर डीटीएच सब्सक्राइबर्स को केवाईसी अनिवार्य कराना होगा| ट्राई का नया नियम मौजूदा और डीटीएच सब्सक्राइबर्स के लिए लागु किया गया है|अगर केवाईसी की बात करूँ तो यह प्रक्रिया उसी तरह से होगी जिस तरह नया सिम कार्ड लेते समय होती है| ऐसे में अब से जो भी यूजर नया कनेक्शन लेंगे उन्हें केवाईसी कराना होगा|जब ये प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी तभी यूजर को नया डीटीएच कन्नेक्शन दिया जाएगा और सेट टॉप बॉक्स को इंस्टॉल किया जाएगा| वहीँ मौजूदा सब्सक्राइबर्स को केवाईसी कराने के लिए दो साल का समय दिया गया है|

आइये जानते हैं कि केवाईसी कराने के लिए डीटीएच सब्सक्राइबर्स को क्या करना होगा| जब भी आप नया कनेक्शन लेंगे तो आपको केवाईसी कराना होगा| इसके बाद ही नया सेट टॉप बॉक्स इंस्टॉल किया जाएगा| नया बॉक्स उसी एड्रेस पर लगाया जाएगा जो केवाईसी फॉर्म में दर्ज होगा|जब आप केवाईसी कर रहे होंगे तो उसकी पहचान के लिए डीटीएच ऑपरेटर के नंबर पर ओटीपी आएगा| इसके वेरीफाई होने के बाद ही सेट टॉप बॉक्स के इंस्टालेशन की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी|अगर आपके पास मोबाइल नंबर नहीं है तो आप अपना पहचान पत्र जमा कर सकते हैं| इसके अलावा अगर आप मौजूदा सब्सक्राइबर हैं और आपका कनेक्शन मोबाइल नंबर से लिंक लिंक नहीं है तो आपको दो साल का समय दिया जाएगा कि आप नंबर लिंक करा सकें|

ट्राई ने ऑपरेटर्स को किसी भी सुब्स्क्रिबेर्स के डाक्यूमेंट्स कलेक्ट करने की छूट दी है|लेकिन ऑपरेटर्स सेट टॉप बॉक्स से सब्सक्राइबर्स का लोकेशन डाटा नहीं ले सकते हैं|
