The name of the service is ‘Book Now Pay Letter’. You can book tickets through the ePayLater option on the IRCTC website. This facility is available on both reserve and Tatkal tickets. This service also has the advantage that you will not have to bother with a problem like payment gateway failure during Tatkal ticket booking. 

• How can you use this service?

Friends, first login to the IRCTC website to use this service. Then fill in your travel information to book the ticket. When you reach the payment page, the option of a pay letter will appear there. If you choose this option, you will be visiting the ePayLater website. You will now need to login to your ePayLater through your registered mobile number and OTP. After login, the booking of the ticket has to be confirmed to the unmount. 

• When will you have to pay money?

Friends, the ePayLater website gives you time to pay within 14 days after booking tickets. If you are unable to deposit the money for 14 days, interest at the rate of 3.5 per cent and also tax will be paid.
