With DigiLocker, we have to create a user ID and password and then link it to Aadhaar. After that, you will have a page open, where you will be given the option to enter the code and at the same time, the message will be sent to your registered phone number in which those codes will be present as OTP. Enter it here and click on ‘VERIFY’.
- Now after this you will have a page open in which you will be asked to choose a username and password. Here you set one of your usernames and password. While setting the password, you have to take the password in such a way that the character, number, and special character comes in it. Such as ‘Amit123 #’
- After setting the username and password, click on ‘SIGN UP’. Here you will get the option to enter Aadhaar number. Now here you enter your Aadhaar number. After that, you will have to verify your Aadhaar card. After entering Aadhaar, OTP will come on your registered phone number in SMS, enter it here. After entering OTP, click on ‘CONTINUE’. After that, another SMS will come to your phone number and a password will be given in that SMS. Enter it here and click on ‘VERIFY’.
As soon as this process is complete, your DigiLocker account will be created. Now here it is important that you always remember your username and password or note it down so that it can be used easily in the future.

दोस्तों आजकल इंटरनेट के बढ़ते उपयोग को देखते हुए भारत सरकार सबकुछ डिजिटल करने की योजना बना रही है| खासकर के भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने डिजिटल इंडिया की एक स्कीम चला दी है जिसमें कोई सरकारी योजना हो या फिर कोई बैंकिंग प्रोसेस या फिर कोई बैंकिंग पेमेंट ट्रांसक्शन करनी हो, इन सभी को डिजिटल बना रहे हैं|
इसी कड़ी में सरकार ने कुछ समय पहले डिजिलॉकर नाम से एक एप्प और एक वेब पोर्टल लांच किया था| दिसंबर, 2015 में इस सर्विस को लांच किया गया था| इसका उपयोग करके आप अपने ओरिजिनल पहचान पत्र को इसमें वेरीफाई करा कर रख सकते हो और इसके साथ साथ अपने जरुरी डॉक्युमेंट्स को स्टोर कर के रख सकते हो|
- डिजिलॉकर क्या है?
आइये विस्तार से जानते हैं डिजिलॉकर और इसकी सर्विस के बारे में
दोस्तों, डिजिलॉकर भारत सरकार की डिजिटल इंडिया की एक पहल है| डिजिलॉकर वह सुविधा है जिसके तहत हम अपने सारे डॉक्युमेंट्स की सॉफ्टकॉपी को ऑनलाइन एक वेबसाइट या मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन पर सेव कर सकते हैं| यहाँ आपको 1GB का क्लाउड स्टोरेज दिया जाता है|
अब क्लाउड स्टोरेज की बात की जाए तो दोस्तों, क्लाउड स्टोरेज का मतलब है कि यहाँ आपको ऑनलाइन स्टोरेज दी जाती है जिसे इंटरनेट के माध्यम से उपयोग में लाया लाया जा सकता है| यहाँ आपको सिमित स्टोरेज दी जाती है जिसे आप किसी भी फाइल्स जैसे कि वीडियो, ऑडियो, इमेजेज, डॉक्युमेंट्स या किसी भी तरह के फाइल्स को कितने भी समय के लिए स्टोर कर के रख सकते हो| हालाँकि यहाँ पर आपको एक सिमित स्टोरेज दी जाती है जिससे लगातार फाइल्स स्टोर करने की वजह से स्टोरेज फुल जाती है| इस परिस्थिति में अगर आपको और ज्यादा स्टोरेज की जरुरत पड़ती है तो आप पैसे पे करके अपने सिमित क्लाउड स्टोरेज को बढ़ा सकते हो| कुछ सबसे लोकप्रिय क्लाउड स्टोरेज की अगर बात करें इसमें आपको गूगल ड्राइव, ड्रॉपबॉक्स, वन ड्राइव, आइ क्लाउड जैसे प्लेटफॉर्म्स मल जाते हैं|
उसी तरह से डिजिलॉकर की अगर बात करें तो यहाँ भी आपको डॉक्युमेंट्स अपलोड करने के लिए क्लाउड स्टोरेज दी जाती है| यहाँ भी आपको 1GB की सिमित स्टोरेज दी जाती है पर आपको इस स्टोरेज को बढ़ाने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी| क्यूंकि डॉक्युमेंट्स फाइल की साइज काफी कम होती है| ऐसे में 1GB स्टोरेज डॉक्युमेंट्स फाइल्स को स्टोर करने के लिए बहुत ही ज्यादा हैं ऐसा भी है कि डिजिलॉकर मेंक्लाउड स्टोरेज की साइज को बढ़ाने की सुविधा नहीं मिलती है|
इसके तहत आप किसी भी हार्डकॉपी वाले डॉक्युमेंट्स को स्कैन करके या फिर अपलोड करके सॉफ्टकॉपी के रूप में रख सकते हो| अब भारत सरकार ने सॉफ्टकॉपी को भी उतनी ही मान्यता दे दी है जितनी कि एक हार्डकॉपी को मिलती है|
दोस्तों, हार्डकॉपी की अगर बात की जाए तो यह एक पेपर के फॉर्म में होता है जिसे हम टच कर सकते हैं और सॉफ्टकॉपी वो होती है जिसे हम डिजिटली उपयोग में लाते हैं, यह ऑनलाइन फॉर्मेट या डिजिटल फॉर्मेट के रूप में होता है और इसे टच नहीं किया जाता है|
इस तरह से देखा जाए तो आपका पहचान पत्र आपके फ़ोन में सेव हो या आपके पर्स में पड़ा हो, दोनों ही बराबर बात होगी| यानी अब अगर हम यह कहें कि भविष्य में अपने फ़ोन के माध्यम से वोटर आईडी कार्ड दिखा कर वोट दे सकते हैं तो यह बात गलत नहीं होगी|
- डिजिलॉकर कितना सुरक्षित है?
अब ऐसे में बहुत लोगों के मन में यह सवाल आ सकती है कि डिजिलॉकर पर किसी भी डॉक्युमेंट्स या जरुरी पहचान पत्र को रखना कितना सुरक्षित होगा या नहीं और अगर यह सुरक्षित है तो कितना सुरक्षित है|
अब डिजिलॉकरकि सिक्योरिटी की बात अगर की जाए तो डिजिलॉकर उतना ही सुरक्षित है जैसे कि हमारा बैंक अकाउंट या इंटरनेट बैंकिंग पोर्टल| डिजिलॉकर से हमें एक यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड बनाना होता है और उसके बाद इसे आधार से लिंक करना होता है| साथ में हमें अपना मोबाइल नंबर भी रजिस्टर करना होता है, ध्यान रहे कि यहाँ आप उसी मोबाइल नंबर को रजिस्टर कर सकते हो जिससे आपका आधार रजिस्टर हुआ हो|
इस प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के बाद आपका डिजिलॉकर का अकाउंट बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा| अब जब कभी आपको डिजिलॉकर में से कोई भी आईडी या किसी सर्टिफिकेट को उसे करना हो तो आपको अपने यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करना होगा| फिर आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबिलेल नंबर पर एक ओ.टी.पी आएगा, ओ.टी.पी को एंटर करने के बाद से आप अपने वहां डाले हुए सभी सर्टिफिकेट, पहचान पत्र या किसी भी डॉक्यूमेंट को देख सकेंगे और अपने जरुरी कामों के इस्तेमाल में ला सकेंगे|

अब बात आती है कि डिजिलॉकर पर अकाउंट कैसे बनाया जाए| दोस्तों, डिजिलॉकर पर अकाउंट बनाना बहुत ही आसान है| ऐसा है कि डिजिलॉकर का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए आपको इसके वेबसाइट या एप्प पर रजिस्टर करना होता है| डिजिलॉकर की सर्विस वेबसाइट और एप्प दोनों में ही उपलब्ध है, आप चाहें तो अप्प के जरिये या वेबसाइट के जरिये रजिस्टर कर सकते हैं| डिजिलॉकर पर रजिस्टर करने पर आपका एक डिजिलॉकर अकाउंट बन जाता है| जैसे ही आप अपना अकाउंट बना लेते हो तो यहाँ आपको डाक्यूमेंट्स के लिए कुछ स्पेस मिल जाते हैं जो कि 1GB तक का होता है| जिससे आप अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स को अलग अलग फाइल्स के फॉर्म में रख सकते हो| जैसे कि इमेज, पी.डी.एफ, वर्ड फाइल, डॉक् फाइल इत्यादि|
डिजिलॉकर का अकाउंट बनाने के लिए और इसका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए आपको कुछ प्रोसेस को फॉलो करनी है
तो आइये जानते हैं इसके प्रोसेस के बारे में
- सबसे पहले डिजिलॉकर एप्प या वेबसाइट पर जाएं| यहाँ पर जाने पर आपको ‘SIGN UP’ पर क्लिक करना होगा और अगर आपका आकउंट पहले से बना हुआ हो तो आप सीधा ‘SIGN IN’ कर ओपन कर सकते हैं|
- ‘SIGN UP’ पर क्लिक करते ही आपको मोबाइल नंबर एंटर करने का विकल्प आएगा| अब यहाँ आप अपना मोबाइल नंबर एंटर करें और ‘CONTINUE’ पर क्लिक करें| उसके बाद आपके पास एक पेज खुल कर आएगा, जहाँ पर कोड एंटर करने के लिए ऑप्शन दिए होंगे और साथ ही साथ आपके उस रजिस्टर फ़ोन नंबर पर मैसेज आए होंगे जिसमें वो कोड ओ.टी.पी के रूप में मौजूद होंगे| उसे यहाँ एंटर करें और ‘VERIFY’ पर क्लिक करें|
- अब इसके बाद आपके पास एक पेज खुल कर आएगा जिसमें आपको एक यूजरनेम और पासवर्ड चुनने को कहा जाएगा| यहाँ आप अपना कोई एक यूजरनेम और पासवर्ड सेट करें| पासवर्ड सेट करते समय आपको पासवर्ड इस प्रकार से लेने होंगे कि उसमें करैक्टर, नंबर और स्पेशल करैक्टर आ जाए| जैसे कि ‘Amit123#’
- यूजरनेम और पासवर्ड सेट करने के बाद ‘SIGN UP’ पर क्लिक करें| यहाँ आपको आधार नंबर एंटर करने का ऑप्शन आएगा| अब यहाँ आप अपने अपने आधार नंबर को डालें| उसके बाद आपको अपने आधार कार्ड को वेरीफाई करने होंगे| आधार एंटर करने के बाद आपके रजिस्टर फ़ोन नंबर पर एस.एम.एस में ओ.टी.पी आएगा, उसे यहाँ पर एंटर करें| ओ.टी.पी एंटर करने के बाद ‘CONTINUE’ पर क्लिक करें| उसके बाद आपके फ़ोन नंबर पर एक और एस.एम.एस आएँगे और उस एस.एम.एस में एक पासवर्ड दिया होगा| उसे यहाँ एंटर करें और ‘VERIFY’ पर क्लिक करें|
ये प्रक्रिया पूरा होते ही आपके डिजिलॉकर का अकाउंट बन जाएंगे| अब यहाँ यह जरुरी है कि आप अपने यूजरनेम और पासवर्ड को हमेशा याद रखें या फिर इसे नोट करके रख लें, जिससे इसे भविष्य में आसानी से इस्तेमाल में ला सकें|

डिजिलॉकर में डॉक्युमेंट्स कैसे सेव या अपलोड करें?
दोस्तों, डिजिलॉकर में अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स को सेव करने के लिए आपको अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स को स्कैन करने होंगे या फिर आप अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स कि क्लियर फ़ोन क्लिक करके अपलोड कर सकते हो| डिजिलॉकर एप्प में या इसके वेब पोर्टल पर डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड करने के विकल्प मिल जाएंगे| जहाँ से आप अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स को अपलोड कर सकते हो और जब भी आपको इनकी जरुरत पड़े तो आप इन्हें अपने फ़ोन के माध्यम से एप्प के जरिये अपने कामों में ला सकते हो|
आप चाहें तो अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स के लिए अलग अलग फोल्डर बना कर उसमें अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स को अपलोड कर सकते हो|
- डिजिलॉकर के क्या फायदे हैं?
- दोस्तों, डिजिलॉकर में कभी भी डॉक्युमेंट्स ख़राब नहीं हो सकते हैं| कई ऐसे जरुरी कागज़ होते हैं जो कुछ सालों बाद उसके रंग बदल जाते हैं या ख़राब हो जाते हैं| लेकिन जब आप अपने डॉक्युमेंट्स को स्कैन करके या अपलोड करके डिजिलॉकर में सेव करते हो तो इस तरह कि समस्या आने कि सम्भावना नहीं रहती है|
- डिजिलॉकर का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि जो डॉक्युमेंट्स डिजिलॉकर में सेव हो गए हों वो कभी खो नहीं सकते हैं| डिजिलॉकर में सेव हुए डाक्यूमेंट्स को आप दुनिया के किसी भी कोने से इस्तेमाल में ला सकते हो, इसके लिए बस आपके पास इंटरनेट होने चाहिए|
- कभी कभी ऐसा होता है कि हम गाड़ी चला रहे होते हैं और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस घर पर ही भूल जाते हैं या गाड़ी के पेपर हमारे पास हार्डकॉपी के रूप में उपलब्ध नहीं होते हैं तो ऐसे में डिजिलॉकर आपके लिए बहुत ही फायदेमंद हो सकता है| अगर आपने अपने ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस को डिजिलॉकर में इशू करा कर रखा है तो आपडिजिलॉकर एप्प का इस्तेमाल करके ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और इससे जुडी सभी डॉक्युमेंट्स को यहाँ से दिखा कर इस्तेमाल में ला सकते हो|
- अब डिजिलॉकर सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी संस्थाओं में मान्य है| क्यूंकि डिजिलॉकर केंद्र सरकार की एक योजना है और कोई भी संस्था या संगठन इसे मानने से इंकार नहीं कर सकती है|
- डिजिलॉकर के लॉन्च होने के बाद सरकार ने ये भी ऐलान कर दिया था कि अब किसी सरकारी दफ्तर में डॉक्यूमेंट की फोटोकॉपी देने की जरुरत नहीं है, सिर्फ अपने डॉक्यूमेंट कि सॉफ्टकॉपी को डिजिलॉकर के माध्यम से ईमेल कर देने से काम हो जाएगा|
- दोस्तों किसी भी डॉक्यूमेंट को अगर आप डिजिटली इस्तेमाल करते हो तो | इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि पेड़ों की कटौती में कमी आएगी| जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं कि जो भी कागज हम उपयोग में लाते हैं वो पेड़ों से काट कर बनाए जाते हैं और हम ये भी जानते हैं कि पेड़ हमारे पर्यावरण के लिए कितनी जरुरी है तो ऐसे में डॉक्यूमेंट को जितना ज्यादा डिजिटली उपयोग करें उतना ही हमें हार्डकॉपी वाले डॉक्यूमेंट का इस्तेमाल करने की जरुरत काम पड़ेगी| जिससे पेड़ों की कटौती में कमी आएगी|
दोस्तों, डिजिलॉकर में जैसे ही आप आधार को इशू करा देते हो तो आपके रजिस्टर फ़ोन नंबर से कई सारे आईडी कार्ड्स, स्कूल-कॉलेज सर्टिफिकेट या मार्कशीट को इशू कराने के बहुत सारे विकल्प मिल जाते हैं|
दोस्तों, यहाँ पर एक बात का ध्यान रखें कि जो भी डॉक्युमेंट्स या पहचान पत्र को आपने इशू करा के डिजिलॉकर में रखा तो वो भारत सरकार के द्वारा मान्य होते हैं, क्यूंकि वो डिजिलॉकर के द्वारा वेरीफाई हो चुके हैं| ऐसे में आप इन पहचान-पत्रों को वहां दिखा सकते हो जहाँ इनकी जरुरत होती है, जैसे कि रेलवे स्टेशन, एयरपोर्ट, ट्रैन इत्यादि| तो अगर आप अपने किसी पहचान पत्र को घर भूल जाते हो तो आपको परेशान होने कि जरुरत नहीं है| बस डिजिलॉकर खोल कर आधार या किसी भी इशू हुए पहचान पत्र को यहाँ से दिखा सकते हो और दूसरी बात यह है कि जो डॉक्युमेंट्स आपने अपलोड करके डिजिलॉकर में रखा है, वो पूरी तरह से मान्य नहीं होते हैं| क्यूंकि ये डाक्यूमेंट्स डिजिलॉकर से वेरीफाई नहीं हुए हैं| इनका ये फायदा हो सकता है कि आप इन्हें स्टोर करके यहाँ रख सकते हो और जब कभी आपको इनकी जरुरत पड़े तो आप इन्हें अपने कामों में ला सकते हो|
